All I really want to do with my time is to help make life a little easier for others. I recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I’m constantly learning new skills to add to my smorgasbord of experience, all of which combines to inform my holistic approach in helping people to make positive changes to the shape of their reality.

(because food should be thy medicine)
I HAVE ALSO BEEN AN INTERIOR DECORATOR, COPYWRITER AND BUSINESS CONSULTANT
(Cause homes, and words, and work environments all contribute to wellbeing)
